Important Requirements

To qualify to attend Industry Day, you must be a U.S. Citizen.  

Note: Per CFR126(d)(1)citizens of the following countries will NOT be allowed to participate in this event: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burma, Central African Repulic, China, Cuba, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe. Registration from these countries is restricted.

 

 

Government Attendees

All U.S. active-duty military personnel and Government Civilian Employees are exempt from these certification requirements but must show proper identification at registration check-in (Government ID preferred).

Registration is considered pending until participants submit a digital hard copy of their DD Form 2345 to BlueForge Alliance. The participant is responsible for submitting their form upon registration. Attendance is contingent upon BFA confirmation of an active DD Form 2345.

 

Non-Government Attendees (Including Contractors)

All non-government attendees (including contractors) are required to have a government Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Logistics Information Service certified DD Form 2345 to attend the event.

BlueForge Alliance will audit Certification Numbers using the JCP/DLA Database. To determine if your employer already has a certification on file that extends to all employees at your location, visit here or call the Joint Certification Office at 1-800-352-3572. Every company location must have its own certification.
